SOTHEMA : L’AMMC approuve l’augmentation de capital par apport en nature de 630 MDH

L’AMMC a visé, en date du 9 décembre 2025, le prospectus relatif à l’augmentation de capital de Sothema par apport en nature au profit de M. Abdellaziz Razkaoui et Capmezzanine III en rémunération de l’apport de leurs titres Soludia Maghreb. 

Les principales caractéristiques de l’opération sont les suivantes : 

Montant global de l’opération : 630.428.614,6 DH ; 

Nombre total d’actions à émettre : 406.728 actions ; 

Prix de souscription : 1.550 DH ; 

Date d’échange des actions nouvelles contre des actions de Soludia Maghreb : 15/12/2025
