L’AMMC a visé, en date du 12 décembre 2025, un prospectus relatif à l’émission par CFG Bank d’un emprunt obligataire subordonné avec une maturité de 10 ans d’un montant de 500 MDH. La prime de risque varie entre 65 PBS et 70 PBS tandis que la période de souscription s’étale du 19 au 23 décembre 2025 inclus.
