L’AMMC a visé, en date du 12 décembre 2025, un prospectus relatif à l’émission par Bank Of Africa d’un emprunt obligataire subordonné perpétuel avec mécanisme d’absorption de pertes et d’annulation de paiement des coupons d’un montant de 1,0 MMDH. 

La prime de risque varie entre 210 PBS et 230 PBS tandis que la période de souscription s’étale du 19 au 23 décembre 2025 inclus.
